The Audible book is played just like a mp3, so if you use the up and down arrows you get the units you can move in the file, track, 5 tracks, time and the only thing that isn't in an mp3 file, section. Then after you get the unit of movement you want you move by that unit using your left and right arrows. Just like the DAISY books like the ones from RFB&D, however, sometimes Audible hasn't produced the book with those navigation points, but that usually happens with older audio books.
