Sometimes, you actually have to have the unit _plugged_ in to get a proper reset. It depends on the amount of charge on your _battery_. You may have to do a "hard reset" by holding down the #4 key while pushing the reset button. Keep holding down the #4 key for another 20 seconds. If this doesn't fix it, you really do have a problem. BTW., you might want to get a _battery_ and see if that works better than a _batterie_ LOL.
