Hello, these are valid concerns, however if you are getting around 10 to 12 hours from a full charge and are not using Bluetooth, does it really matter all that much if the battery status shows 10? What if the 10 status means 100 percent and by using it for a few seconds, it is now 99.998 percent, then it truly wouldn't be 10. This is just an example since the numbers don't necessarily corispond to percentages by values of 10 according to HIMS.
