If you are transferring books to an SD card, try inserting
the card with the BookSense powered on. If you insert the card with
the power off, sometimes the BookSense doesn't see newly downloaded
books. If your problem is with the BookSense Buddy, I'm afraid I
can't help you. I don't use it.
