I think I know what's going on. I was able to reproduce the problem, so I
used Windows Explorer to browse the SD card where I sent my NLS books. They
were all extracted to the root of the Documents folder of the SD card. Each
NLS book must have its own folder, so I deleted all the information that was
extracted to the Documents folder and going back to copying and pasting the
old fashioned way.

If you are transferring books to an SD card, try inserting the
card with the BookSense powered on. If you insert the card with the power
off, sometimes the BookSense doesn't see newly downloaded books. If your
problem is with the BookSense Buddy, I'm afraid I can't help you. I don't
use it.
