Bob, the easiest is to press control-r in your email program, assuming that control-r is the reply command. Then shift-tab to the to field and replace the sender's email with [email protected]. If this address is in your address book, most likely, just typing gw-b is enough to have for auto-complete. It only takes around 3 seconds, and it insures that you are consciously sending to the list.
Some people choose the easy way out dand do a reply to all with control-shift-r which sends to the list and to the sender, meaning the sender may get your message twice. Once to his/her address directly and once to the list where the sender is subscribed. Many thanks.
