Butch:
Oh, did you notice this is the second time. The first time
GWMicro did the correct think and just replaced it. This time they
decided to send it to HIMS. I have had problems with this thing from
the get go. From it not playing filres to c constatnly having to
rest it and of course it totally failing and having to pe sent back
to GWMicro at my cost. I am thinking of getting the APH even if I
can not sell the Bookscence when I get it back.
Has anyone used the American Printing HOuse for the Blinde Bookport Plus yet?
Thanks
Tom

Well, that is unforgivable to have a broken product that long. They
should have an exchange place here in the u.s. or something. I can
see why you are annoyed, so would i be.

Hello,
Yes version 2.1 of the firm ware fixes many of the problems. It
moved it from an non-functional Bluetoot device to a partially
functional one. My Bookscence still broke AGANIN and it has been
in Korea for a month now. so, when I get it back anyone want to
buy a recently fixed Bookscend? If so send me an e-mail with a offer.
Thanks
Tom

Oh, yes, one more thing. Many of the problems have been resolved
in the last firmware upgrade. Sure, there are some things that
still need to be fixed, but I'm sure pleased with mine.
