It's more responsive, less prone to the bugs that the SAPI version
suffers from, and (as the readme states) it's portable. If you have a
mobile copy of Window-Eyes on a flash drive, you can take Eloquence with
you too without having to install it separately. You can also select
which sound card to use with the ECI version of Eloquence.
