Just wondering, what's the deal about having trend micro on your
computer with Window-eyes 7 beta 1? I don't have it but I think I know

Subject: Re: Further to Problem with WE7.0 beta 1

I just want to say that I had a similar problem this morning when
turning on the old PC for the first time, and yes, I do have Trend Micro
installed. Also, I've noticed similar sluggishness with the new
Eloquence. Though responsiveness when reading a text box seems to have
improved, I don't notice any outstanding improvement when reading list
views. Primarily, however, the sluggishness I experience seems to occur
when switching to another window with alt-tab. It seems, though, that
the problem created isn't necessarily an eloquence stop up. It's as if
alt-tabbing now causes the entire system to be momentarily sluggish. I
discovered this when I alt-tabbed back to Winamp from another window.
I've gotten in the habbit of immediately unpausing what I'm listening to
as soon as I press alt-tab, and that used to work. But when I attempt
this now, it takes about a third of a second for Winamp to actually
unpause. Oh, and if it helps, my speech rate, using the new eloquence,
is 78.
