Michael,

Only device drivers can cause your system to generate a blue screen. So my guess is your sound card driver blew up. Can you make sure you have the latest version of your sound card driver?

Regards,
Doug

Hi all. I deleeted bothe the eloquence things in my program. the voice still works but if I go in to the voices and change it freezes and makes a sound like the voice just vibrating and the computer than shuts down. I just went ans switched to the english voice now and it did the same thing.
It shut down several times.
Is this a window eyes problem? My wife said she saw a blue screen with lots of writing but it shut down before she could read it.
Thanks.
Mike
