We are not seeing this. Do you have SAPI Eloquence or Viavoice
installed and if so if you remove them does it solve the problem?

I just went ans switched to the english voice now and it did the same thing.
It shut down several times.
Is this a window eyes problem? My wife said she saw a blue screen
with lots of writing but it shut down before she could read it.
