Either you don't have the Skype extras which include the Skype COM support installed or WE isn't authorized to access Skype's COM interface. Getting an application authorized in Skype can be problematic in 3.x especially under Vista, but Skype has improved this for the 4.0 betas.

The subject says it. In script manager there is no help associated with the
Skype scripts. BTW, what is the reference to the message "take a deep
breath" heard when you arrow over the Skype scripts in script manager? Kind
