We can duplicate this regression and have marked it down to fix for WE 7.0.

like with the program just checking and w e 6.1 i relabled the
insert key so it would say new entry. this can not be done with w e
7 beta. it just redefines the tab key when i try to tab to the
replacement edit box.
another thing is while useing firefox 3.0 final
the insert key will stop talking if you press it twice.
if i press the insert twice w e 7 freezes until i press another key
like the tab key to go to a link. w e is silent if you press the
control home, page up or down. until i press the up or down arrow
keys then w e starts talking and all the keys start responding again.
