hmmm, alt+f4 only works if you are in the window-eyes control panel to close window-eyes. the command to close window-eyes from anywhere is insert+ctrl+f4 I believe. I also had problems where non of the window-eyes hotkeys worked unless i had a program running. the only way i could get to the window-eyes control panel was to access it from the task tray and only by tabbing to the task tray from the desktop. ctrl+backslash wouldn't get me there. i removed window-eyes and reinstalled it and every thing is fine for now again. now this problem was withan xp pro system.

Hello:

Here at work when starting up, startup is set to logon meaning WE however if after logging in if I hit Windows-M, I hear desktop however arrowing up and down I hear nothing.

When trying to go in to the WE control panel, alt-F4 I am unable to exit WE, the sighted person has to close out with the mouse.

I then start WE and no problems, it just seems during or when I first log on WE has a fit.

XP/Pro, 1GB of ram with the latest updates and 3.0GB for the processor.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
