Hello Chris, I can confirm these problems in some web forms, but I can't reproduce them reliably. In other words, one time the issue is observed but it works just fine the next time I find myself in exactly the same situation. I do feel there are some general concerns with Window-Eyes in web based forms, but I can't really say they are new to 7.0. I'm hoping there will be significant web progress in an upcoming version sometime in the near future. Now that we have this powerful scripting capability, the possibilities could be literally limitless!
