Subject: Missing characters

I'm still losing characters off the end of words in certain programs.
I reinstalled version 6.1 and everything worked fine but once I started using the beta the problem returned.

Here's a sample of text taken from a mud game.

You are carrying:
a globe of iro
a steel rin
a portable hol

The word iron and ring both have the last character missing.

Using Jaws and NVDA both show the full text.
According to my sighted wife the words are correct on the screen.

Cheers Tom.
