Yes, maximising the child window in Textpad clears the problem for me - not
something I'd thought of as it hasn't been a problem with earlier versions
of WE that I've noticed.

The problem in Texpad is more to do with the continual resizing of the
frames. You can solve that by maximizing and or restoring window sizes in
the program's child and system menus.
I suspect this is more of a Textpad or general Windows issue than a screen
reader bug.

When it happens to me, a redraw sometimes fixes the problem and
sometimes doesn't. Usually it does, although in Text Pad when it does
that a redraw almost never seems to fix it.
