Hello,

This is the beta release, not the finished product.  I am sure when the
final release is done, the complete manual and references will be done.  The
readme file contains info about features and perhapse some usage details.
After the final release, all of the details will be spelled out in the user
manual, I am sure.

Did you read the readme at all? All of the information regarding the new
features is detailed there.
