Hi Orlando,

I don't believe that is true.
You have not been focused on the details of the list long enough if you think they are not promoting the details of scripting. Several days ago they had listers offering to send people manuals on the scripting languages.
Remember GW doesn't use a proprietary scripting language.
That means that jscript and vb script are both available with we.
They are trying to make scripting as open as they can.
Now, you need to search the internet for information on both of those programming languages ... there will be more info than you can deal with. Gw can't help programmers ... that's way out side of the scope of there mission. They also don't want to make things more complicated for those who aren't going to be programming scripts. They have shipped a few scripts with the beta to give you some examples ... go look at the code for these ... they should be easy to understand if you are a programmer. They have script central as well where there are several more scripts and links to several help you get started with the scripting languages doc etc.
How much can they do to get people started.
Remember that gw still supports set files for those who aren't ready for the details of actually programming scripts. Lots of users will just use the scripts that are created but will never actually program / write one.
I hope this helps.
Sam

Again missing my point. I'm looking for documentation of the object model for scripting purposes, none of which was mentioned in the readme. I assume that information is at Script Central, where I shall go to retrieve it. However, my sense here is that information pertaining to scripting is intentionally being kept vague and somewhat limited to beta testers and current scripters.
