Remove the old SAPI Eloquence: It should be in the control pannel add/remove programs eti eloquence There should be separate entries for each language you have installed plus a common module. Remove the language modules first, and last the common module. Hope this helps. Jeff Weiss

If you enumerate over the SAPI engines and then go to the eci Eloquence engine then you will not see any engines. It is also possible when yous tart combining them both that your system will become unstable. So it is very important to remove the 5.0 SAPI Eloquence if you plan on using the eci Eloquence.
