you should start looking for another email client anyway.
eudora is not supported anymore. and it will stop working when your
subscription runs out.

I can tell you are using Eudora 7 and it's not a Window-Eyes issue. Eudora
is notorious for stealing focus when new mail arrives and it can cause this
issue. I don't know if changing how Eudora notifies you of new Email will
fix this.
