I think what was meant to be said was that Eudora not being supported
any more means that there will be no future upgrades, support and so forth.

I can tell you are using Eudora 7 and it's not a Window-Eyes issue.
Eudora is notorious for stealing focus when new mail arrives and it
can cause this issue. I don't know if changing how Eudora notifies
you of new Email will fix this.
