If you try accessing the control panel and pressing enter on mouse. Shift tab into the control tab and right arrow to hardware, I think its the 5th option. Tab to device and down arrow to you find your touchpad or any other device you want to deactivate then tab to disable. Press enter then shift tab to apply and press enter. Shift tab to ok and press enter. Repeat for any other devices you want deactivated.
