It seems that you are suffering from hot key changes to your sets. If
you restore the factory sets, this should fix the problems.

Ok list, so what was insert a is now insert s. I don't like it, but I'll
live. Also what was control backslash to get to the Window-Eyes ap
itself is now insert W???? That's weird. Also, a lot of the time when I
hit the 1 key on the numpad with the numlock turned off I still don't
hear bottom left and it acts as though I've pressed a character instead
of being a screen reader key. This thing crashes tons. I'm really
about to throw in the towel on this thing tillit's fixed because I play
an RPG online and can't use my screen reader keys to make things go
faster when I shut it up for a bit cause the screen moves so fast????
