Hi. Do you have FireFox set up to keep links in its history? If that is
disabled then visited links won't be indicated. If you have this set
correctly, what about the verbosity of FireFox. Normally verbosity is
global, but if you have set it to local, did you perhaps change it so
that visited links are not indicated?

any visited links with the control v keys. but this only happens with
