Joe is right. Also, lawsuits aren't popularity contests or cheerleading activities. A lawsuit is based on a point of law not on who you like or do not like. I somehow doubt that anyone of us here knows the legal basis of the suit, what went into it prior to the actual filing, nor the merits of the case. What may appear straightforward on the surface may not be what's at issue in the litigation. Hopefully, for GWMicro's sake, this can be settled quickly, quietly and without much expense.
