Hello Mike, As an accessibility evangelist, I can support GW Micro without commenting as to whether or not FS has a strong legal case. The critical issue at hand has to do with the ongoing development of tools that provide blind people with accessibility. In that arena, FS attempted to cause harm to us through its lawsuit against Serotek, and it is doing so again with GW Micro. Yes.
