Wow Jennifer they give you three upgrades for $95? Openbook charges
$150 each? I don't think they give a $150 discount on three either.
I think $300 for three upgrades is fair when you monitor today's econamy and
realize in two years with rising gas prices food prices etc upgrades might
cost $200 to $250 and with frivilolous lawsuits court cost etc might even be
$300 per upgrade in three years.
I'd like to see the cost decrease to regular users too but Freedom sure
isn't helping that happen.

How would you expect a small concern with a small share of a minority user
group to survive, especially in the current economic climate?

HI I agree let's get back to other things. Also in my opion the cost is
high enough already. I feel that when doing the upgrades that the cost
should be lowered. I mean when I get an up grade for curs while they only
charge me $95 even if I am only a couple of upgrades behind. I feel that
is what should happen for the speech programs. I have so much money
invested in to this more then it should be. So GW Micro if you want to
compete with someone else why don't you start lowering your prices on the
upgrades and not just to the new users such as people who have jaws. Come
on please give us a brake. We are not made of money and how do you expect
the average on a fix income to purchase the up grades when you charge
$300.00 for 3 up grades. Just think yhou could sell more if you lowered
the price. Put yourself in our shoes and just imagine if you only got say
$600 a month where would you be?
