I have also had this with the beta and 6.1. Usually for me when this happens, something is going on which, I think, causes Window-eye's attempt to just load in the systray to time out. Sometimes, at work, this is a very slow network at log-on time. At home, I think it has happened due to activity of the virus checker and/or updates installing. My reasons here are just my guesses, of course.
