Try this on a network that is running very slowly. Here at work, we have a wireless network and when a lot of large files are being downloaded by other network users, the system crawls. Sometimes, after log-on, I wind up in the we control pannel. When I press escape, sometimes we61 is just in the systray like it should be, and other times, it is in both places. Usually, closing we and restarting we again will fix the problem.
