Hi,

Have you tried to use the ins and numpad 7 or 9? Sometimes, that will find
the graphic atleast.

Subject: Removing Malware with AVG 8.0

Hello, everyone.

My second run at AVG 8.0 is proving more fruitful than my first one. The
static boxes I reported a few days ago didn't prevent me from locating
buttons with the "Tab" key when I went through the First Run Wizard.
However, when AVG found malware on a flash drive, I suddenly hit a snag: I
could not find the buttons to move unhealed items to the Virus vault. The
button was clearly visible to sighted assistance, but although I use the
mouse keys in a variety of ways and then tried the "Tab" key, I could never
find the button. GW Micro gave me the good suggestion of defining a user
window around the button and invoking it with a hotkey, but I don't know if
the button is always at the exact same part of the screen regardless of the
number of malware items found. Has anyone had this problem? If so, how did
you get around it, please?

Thanks very much for all help.

Craig
