Hi Bob,
It works very well on most food items, but I haven't had any luck with other
items cause they aren't in the database yet. The database only gives you
the name of the item and its weight, no cooking instructions using the
BCScan script with WE 7 beta..

Bob, What are the uses of the scanner?
First I thought it was for scanning items if you operate a store. But
sounds as if you can use it at home to read things?
