I personally don't think that 512MB would be enough even if Window-Eyes wasn't running. Applications are getting more and more demanding, and memory is cheap, so go for that upgrade <Smile>. I can give no definite reason but it has always happened with Eloquence and it usually happens when I go to a website, not the same one. When I used Dectalk Access 32 for WindowEyes for testing purposes, it didn't happen, but I have to slow that down to understand it and even then it's more difficult for me to understand so I'd rather not go back to that.
