It is your video graphics adapter that is the problem.
It has hot keys enabled for rotating the screen.
I believe there is a knowledge base article on www.gwmicro.com about this.
But if you can open the properties for your graphics adapter, you should be 
able to find a hot keys option, 
just uncheck it and you should be all set.
