Hi, I am in the process of making the switch from Jaws to Window-Eyes. I've been using WE 7 beta 2 for about a week, and I am pretty happy with it, but there are a few areas where I still feel Jaws is better. For example, in Firefox, Jaws announces whatever the Web Visum tool bar says, whereas WE only announces the button names. Jaws also announces the names of AIM buddies when they sign on, where as WE does not. Certain graphics on websites and flash elements also seem to read better with Jaws. I'm not sure whether this is because I have not spent enough time with the manual or whether Jaws just does these things better.
