installing WE 6.1 on a flash drive

                                I'm attempting to install WE on a flash drive.
I am not asking about video support or creating an autorun file, but 
I am having trouble simply installing WE.
From the advanced menu of the WE installation screen one choice is WE  mobile.
This appears to do nothing at all.
I've tried it on two  computers both running XP and WE 6.1.
  Can I copy over the already installed program from one of these computers?
If so what directories do I copy?
After all it appears WE is installed under program files but sets etc 
are under each user id under application data.
