Good evening,
I believe I passed purchasing a version update because I felt it
mainly was designed to work with Vista--I still have XP home
edition--and I felt or thought that the new version would not work as
well as the one I now have.
I took my 6.1 disc to a friend's and we were studying the system together.
Unfortunately someone put a hot iron on the disc; it was placed in
the wrong place apparently.
I realize, if I wanted to replace the damaged disc, it would cost me
some money.
My system is starting to show major problems and I am considering
buying a new system. I further understand that any or most new
systems come automatically with vista.
So, after going the barn, how many versions do I have to buy to catch
up to the one the folks are now using?
Thanks. Any info would be appreciated.
