Hello the first thing I recommend you do is get install packages. This package will make installing all future scripts a snap.
The documentation speaks for itself. So I will not include all of the details here. Now to answer your question. When I download a package from the Internet. I generally select the open option. Simply follow the prompts, and you'll be able to use winamp and Window-Eyes in just a few moments. I hope this has been helpful.
