Hello Dan. Your starting location is one of 2 places.
1. Your current live position. So if you are in live gps navigation mode
where ever you are physically at, will be the starting location.
2. The virtual position. If you want the starting point to be somewhere
other than the live position, or you don't have a live fix, set the
virtual position via search for address with space-s, search for poi
with space-f, or coordinates with space-y. Set the virtual and then
create the route to the destination.
Hope this helps. Also, section 3 of the SenseNav manual gives examples
of how to do this.
