Hey Rol, wonder if part of my problems could be this key?
I had a we 6.0 cd and used the 6.1 upgrade, I never had a 6.1 cd.
So old reg keys hanging around can sure cause a problem sometimes.
I'm pretty comfortable with the registry, and have done my share of
tweaks in there, so send it to me please and I'll clean her up.
Now if you guys are gonna claim rock solid, then you got to learn to
clean up after yourselves 'grin'.
Don't forget about that gwmvidmr.dll file in the system32 folder too.
This still haven't been addressed up to we 7.
Or I'll have to award you guys my personal junk pile award for 2008 'grin'.

Hello. After removing 6.0 did you reboot? Also, version 6.0 left an
old registry key if using the DECtalk Access 32 for Window-Eyes. So I
wonder if that key is still laying around. If you like, I can give you
the key to delete in the registry however users who edit the Windows
registry need to do it only if they are very careful as doing the
wrong thing can seriously cripple your system. If you don't feel
comfortable doing this via email, please give us a call during normal
hours and we will be happy to help.
Many thanks.

Hi all. I"m still trying to install we 7.0 on my computer and just
got my cod today. I had 6.0 on my computer and even using the cod I
still can't install 7.0. I never had 6.1 to begin with. I tried
uninstalling the 6.0 and installing using speech but after I hit s it
just sits there. What now?
