Actually, i believe it is an issue with xp in so far as window-eyes
won't install video support is it detects this file.
I ran in to this problem while trying to make it easier to go between
we 6.1 and beta copies by having we 6.1 off to the side on another partition.
If I uninstalled we, and then tried to run video support, I got the
error that said it looked like video support was already installed.
So being the fart smeller I am, I went lookin' and sure enough that
pesky file was there so i deleted it, and installations became possible again.
