There is a KB article on the GWMicro site that addresses this issue.
However, this problem is usually caused by a conflicting hotkey with the
video card, primarily intel cards. To disable it, go to the system tray,
right-click or applications key on your graphics card, arrow to graphics
options, enter or right arrow, and arrow down to hotkeys and make sure
they are sisabled. At least this is how it is done on my machine. Each
machine is different.

What I am wondering about is I have installed window eyes on another
computer that I will be using and after the install the control and
alt and the left or right keys don't work correctly.
What I mean but that is you seem to not be albe to adjust the volume
on the fly or the pitch or the rate or anything like that on the fly
with the other install of window eyes.
I can use that on my computer so how can I correct this on the other
computer that I have window eyes 7.0 installed on?
