hi Casey,
It is possible that you may have a video adapter that uses the
CONTROL-ALT-ARROW keys to rotate the screen, so when you type those
key combinations, you are really rotating the screen. If this is the
case, you will need to go into CONTROL PANEL and into the properties
of your video adapter and disable quick keys.
