The only damage is that if others want to see the screen up-side-down or sideways, they won't be able to rotate the screen via the hot keys.

Hi okay I read that article on how to change that stuff in the video settings so those lift and right arrow keys will work again. Now if I turn that setting off will that do any damage for any sighted folks that will need the computer that I am having this installation of window eyes on/ See this computer is a to place where I am volunteering at and I have window eyes on the computer and sighted people also use that computer more then me also. So that is why I am asking if turning off those video keys will change anything for the sighted users of that machine or if I can do that and have no problems. If unchecking that box on the video hot keys option does change something how can a sighted person go in and correct and get it back the way it should and also keep those keys working for me at the same time?
