You can already easily do this.
1. control-shift-a to turn browse mode off.
2. Place mouse pointer on the web page text.
3. Press right mouse click.
4. Press down arrow until you get to select all.
5. Press right mouse click.
6. Press down arrow until you get to copy.
Since the data is copied out of Browse mode and from the mouse pointer,
then you paste it in, you will have it in the same visual format as it
looks on the page.

While we're on this, it would be good to be able to easily copy and paste
sections from a web page in presentation format, so that sighted users don't
get just horrible looking unformatted text from the MSAA browse buffer. I
know you could do it with drag and drop, but it could be a nice one.
