Anyone can send out a fake email and make it look from anyone else. This is like me taking an envelope and putting Bill Gates for the return address, and sending it off to someone telling them they won a million dollars.

Just ignore it.

I just got an obvious phish attempt that was made to look as though it has come from GW micro in that it referred to my switching modes. The mode switching is done automatically and no one need send me anything except the 'bot. At the end was a message saying if I didn't want any further advertisements to click on a link which I didn't do. Just wondering how this happened. Looks really suspect to me but it may have just been an error or something.
