Which firewall, antivirus, and/or other security program are you using?
Are you behind a hardware firewall or something similar?

Running on a XP system. When I go to the script manager and get to the
check for updates on all the loaded scripts and press enter on check for
updates nothing happens. I have tried it with both my antivirus and
firewall turned off and still nothing. I even tried uninstalling WE and
reinstalling it with no change. Anyone got any suggestions?
