Hi sorry there is no menus when you press ensert+v. There is a list box named groups. When you select the group you want you press tab to interact with the rest of the dialog. How you set up your verbosity is up to you. You can have window-eyes speak as much or as little as you like. It can always be changed if you set something up anjd then decide you don't like it. I would urge you to play with it tell you like it.
