I don't wish to belittle your problem. What I'm trying to establish
here is the understanding that this may not be a general problem with
window eyes.

There is nothing wrong with the way the current version of window
eyes deals with form elements. 7.01 works perfectly here and I have
absolutely no problem whatsoever with accessing form elements such as
combo boxes or edit fields.
