John I am not having the problem either; but, given what we've read here, a bunch of people are. So, I think that we can only say that we personally are or are not having an issue. The trick is figuring out why those, experiencing difficulties, are having them. It could be a WE problem, it could be some setting, or some combination of a number of factors. If all is working fine and you install a new piece of software on your machine and it acts up, what else will the average person assume other than it's the new software that is the culprit.
